The following rules are presented for the organization of the training manuals discussions
  1. To discuss the teaching materials in the Scientific Council of the University (textbooks, teaching aids, methodological recommendations, monographs, etc.) prepared by the AMU staff, the head of the department should apply with a request to the rector.
  2.  Reviews of teaching aids (intra-university and non-university) and an extract from the protocol of discussions of the department meeting are submitted to the Scientific Secretariat.
  3. The Department of Education quality assurance and Innovation determines the compliance, scope and status of training materials.
  4. After the initial examination, the Scientific Secretariat sends study guides for the receipt of the review.
  5. In the case of a positive response, the textbooks are considered for discussion at the Scientific Council of the Faculty, then at the Scientific Council of the University.
  6. In case of a negative response or any comments, the author corrects all the shortcomings noted in the comments, and the training manuals are again sent for feedback. In case of a repeated negative response, the teaching materials are not considered and returned to the author (s).
  7. After discussion at the Scientific Council of AMU, the author submits to the Board of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education the following documents on the right to publish educational programs and textbooks (textbooks in accordance with the state standard)

 

List of documents submitted to the Board of the Ministry of Health:

• A training manual in hand-written form - 1 copy

• A training manual in electronic form (2 pcs. On the CD)

• Extract from the meeting minutes - 1 copy

• Extract from the minutes of the Faculty Scientific Council - 1 copy

• Intra-university review - 1 copy

• Non-university review -1 copy

• A notarized statement on the non-use of other works and sources (on behalf of all authors, to the Ministry of Health) - 1 copy

• A notarized statement of consent to be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Health (on behalf of all authors) - 1 copy

 

List of documents submitted to the Ministry of Education:

• A training manual -written form - 1 copy

• A training manual in electronic form (2 pcs. On the CD)

• Extract from the meeting minutes - 1 copy

• Extract from the Minutes of the Faculty Scientific Council - 1 copy

• Intra-university review - 1 copy

• Non-university review -1 copy

• A notarized statement on the non-use of other works and sources (on behalf of all authors, to the Ministry of Health) - 1 copy

• A notarized statement of consent to be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Health (on behalf of all authors) - 1 copy

 

8. Textbooks, teaching aids and other materials on relevant subjects are submitted to the Ministry of Health together with the following documents for discussion by the author.

• A training manual in hand-written form - 1 copy

• A training manual in electronic form (2 pcs. On the CD)

• Extract from the meeting minutes - 1 copy

• Extract from the minutes of the Faculty Scientific Council - 1 copy

• Intra-university review - 1 copy

• Non-university review -1 copy

• A notarized statement on the non-use of other works and sources (on behalf of all authors, to the Ministry of Health) - 1 copy

• A notarized statement of consent to be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Health (on behalf of all authors) - 1 copy
